JellyRock Gummies Ingredients: The Full List, Actives and Base
JellyRock gummies list seven active ingredients per 2-gummy serving: 1,000 mg apple cider vinegar complex, 1,000 mcg DFE folate from 600 mcg folic acid, 1.4 mg vitamin B6, 2 mcg vitamin B12, 100 mcg iodine, and 80 mcg each of beet root and pomegranate powder. The other ingredients are rice flour, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide and gelatin.

What ingredients are in JellyRock gummies?
The Supplement Facts panel on the back of the jar lists seven active ingredients. Each one has its own amount, so there is no proprietary blend. Four come at everyday vitamin and mineral doses, apple cider vinegar makes up a full gram, and two powders appear in trace amounts.
| Ingredient | Form | Amount | %DV printed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Apple cider vinegar complex | ACV powder (5% total acid) and unrefined liquid ACV, from Malus pumila fruit | 1,000 mg | Not established |
| Folate | From 600 mcg folic acid | 1,000 mcg DFE | 100% |
| Vitamin B6 | Pyridoxine HCl | 1.4 mg | 88% |
| Vitamin B12 | Cyanocobalamin | 2 mcg | 100% |
| Iodine | Potassium iodide | 100 mcg | 67% |
| Beet root powder | Beta vulgaris | 80 mcg | Not established |
| Pomegranate powder | Punica granatum | 80 mcg | Not established |
Each serving also carries 20 calories and 4 g of added sugar. A jar holds 60 gummies, or 30 servings.
What does each active ingredient do?
- Vitamin B6 (1.4 mg). Supports enzymes that break down protein and build neurotransmitters and red blood cells. Adults 19 to 50 need 1.3 mg a day; men over 50 need 1.7 mg.
- Vitamin B12 (2 mcg). Your red blood cells and nerves depend on it. Adults need 2.4 mcg a day.
- Folate (1,000 mcg DFE). Used to build DNA and red blood cells. 600 mcg of folic acid equals 1,000 mcg DFE.
- Iodine (100 mcg). Lets your thyroid make its hormones, which set the pace of your metabolism. The adult need is 150 mcg a day.
- Apple cider vinegar complex (1,000 mg). One gram, the largest ingredient. Studies on vinegar look at after-meal blood sugar and body weight, mostly small and short.
- Beet root and pomegranate (80 mcg each). Trace amounts, or 0.08 mg each, that round out the panel.
The three B vitamins are the basis of the Daily Energy Support wording on the jar. Our how it works page explains each route.

The jar lists five other ingredients: rice flour, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (printed on the jar as "Strearate"), titanium dioxide and gelatin.
- Rice flour and microcrystalline cellulose are common fillers.
- Magnesium stearate is a flow agent used in making supplements.
- Titanium dioxide is a white coloring. It is still permitted in U.S. food; the European Union ended its approval as a food additive in 2022.
- Gelatin sets the gummy. It comes from animals.
The label does not name the source of the 4 g of added sugar.

Which ingredients should you add up with other supplements?
Two lines are worth totaling if you take a multivitamin or B-complex.
- Folic acid. 600 mcg a serving. The upper limit from supplements and fortified foods is 1,000 mcg a day, so one serving uses 60% of it. Large amounts of folic acid can mask low B12 in blood work.
- Iodine. 100 mcg a serving, against an upper limit of 1,100 mcg. Anyone with a thyroid condition, or on thyroid medicine, should check with a health care provider first.
B6 at 1.4 mg sits far below its 100 mg upper limit, and B12 has no upper limit set. For medicine questions, see JellyRock with medications.
How do you check the ingredients on your own jar?
Turn the jar around and compare the Supplement Facts box with the table above. Serving size should read 2 gummies, with 30 servings per container. Beet root and pomegranate should read 80 mcg, which is micrograms, not milligrams.
Then check the base of the jar for the lot code; the lot on our record is JEL-26/JE-6201. The label should name Ideal Performance, Sheridan, WY 82801 as distributor. The Supplement Facts page shows the panel line by line, and the check your jar page covers the seal and lot.

Our view
The JellyRock gummies ingredients list is short and open. It is a B-vitamin, iodine and apple cider vinegar gummy, every active has its own amount, and the base is a simple gelatin gummy. That makes it easy to check against your needs and against anything else you take.
Read the panel, add up folic acid and iodine if you take other supplements, and follow the 2-gummy daily dose. For each ingredient in more depth, see the ingredients page.
