Who JellyRock is meant for
JellyRock is marketed to adult men, and the jar states adult use only. According to the label, anyone under 18, and women who are pregnant or nursing, should consult a physician. Always read the label first.
JellyRock and your medicines
Stay at the label amount unless a clinician tells you otherwise. Use is limited to adults aged 18 and over.
Check with a doctor before JellyRock in these cases
JellyRock is a dietary supplement. It does not treat low energy, erection problems, low testosterone or thyroid disease, and it is no substitute for a prescribed medicine. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before your first serving when:
- you have a thyroid disorder or take thyroid medicine, since two gummies supply 100 mcg of iodine (NIH Office of Dietary Supplements: iodine);
- another supplement or fortified food already gives you folic acid, because JellyRock adds 600 mcg a serving and too much folic acid can mask a vitamin B12 shortage (NIH Office of Dietary Supplements: folate; NIH Office of Dietary Supplements: vitamin B12);
- you use insulin or another diabetes medicine, or a water pill, which apple cider vinegar may add to;
- you are younger than 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, or living with any diagnosed condition, as the caution on the jar states;
- your energy has dropped and you do not know why: tiredness that is new, severe or lasting can come from thyroid, iron, sleep or mood problems (MedlinePlus: fatigue).
Two more label facts matter for daily use. Every serving has 4 g of added sugar and contains gelatin, and the vinegar is acidic, so a drink of water after chewing is kind to your teeth (MedlinePlus: tooth decay). For choosing any supplement well, see NIH: dietary supplements, what you need to know.
The short version: a change in energy, drive or erections should be checked by a clinician before any supplement is tried, particularly if you already take thyroid, diabetes, diuretic or heart medicine.
What the JellyRock seals mean
The seals on this site speak to the factory, the process or the refund policy. “FDA-registered facility” refers to the factory alone; it is not FDA approval of the product.
